And she isn't going to stop now.
Her channel promotes the benefits of wet-nursing, healthy eating and exercise, and despite an online backlash, the mum continues to post videos in an effort to normalise breastfeeding.
The latest video sees Rain explaining her choices as she feeds her 3.5-year-old toddler, explaining:
“I am breastfeeding the next Einstein."
“Did you know that Einstein was breastfed for at least six years? I had to do a video because I thought it might inspire others to breastfeed longer and have an easier time of raising their children.
“Breast milk has extra nutrients that science has shown supports brain growth. “Today we’ve been practicing his ABCs and 123s and he’s been doing really good. He’s a little Einstein in training.”
Another video on Rain's channel, which boasts 42000 subscribers, gives a more in-depth look at Rain's decisions.
Speaking about her son's routine, the American vegan says:
"He's 3 and a half years old and breastfeeding is still an important part of his life.
"Most people in society will tell you they have to be weaned by a certain age, but I wanted to document his journey on this channel.
"A lot of people don't see what it's like to watch a children wean on their own.
"My baba is fed a couple of times at night and when he wakes up in the morning.
"When he does wean he will be very independent and securely attached child as his needs have really been met. They're still babies at 3.5 I feel like I still have a newborn. He's just able to talk now but he's still my newborn."
