Customer is suing McDonalds for over £1MILLION after being given only one napkin

A McDonald’s customer was left so unhappy by his visit that he is suing the food giants – for over £1million.

Webster Lucas is claiming he suffered “undue mental anguish” after being given only one napkin at the restaurant in Pacoima, California.

Mr. Lucas, 59, said: “I am an immaculately clean person. I saw food particles on the table and wanted to clean them up.

“I told the manager and he said, ‘You have napkins in the bag.’ I said, ‘You gave me one. Do you want me to wipe my hands on my shirt?’”

Mr. Lucas, who is suing the restaurant giant for $900,000 (£1.5million), also claimed that the manager became angry, ‘using curse words against me and yelling across the aisle.’

He claims that the manager then made a racial remark towards him, with his friend saying the manager was ‘extremely disrespectful.’

Mr. Lucas emailed McDonald’s, claiming that he has been left unable to work because of the ordeal.

Following his complaint email, Mr. Lucas was offered some free burgers by the restaurant.
