Elliot Rodger, 22, details his plan to kill in a chilling video, stating that he will also murder his 6-year-old brother and stepmother.

Rodger, who is the son of filmmaker Peter Rodger, posted a video entitled 'Retribution' to his YouTube channel, in which he describes his heartache at still being a virgin, and his dismay that his sexual advances were constantly rejected.

During his rant Elliot blames the constant romantic rebuffals as the reason why he must now go on a rampage to kill and 'punish' the world.

'All because girls have never been attracted to me. Girls gave their affection and sex and love to other men but never to me. I am 22 years old and I'm still virgin. I've never even kissed a girl,' says Elliot.

'It's an injustice, a crime…I'm the perfect guy, and yet you throw yourselves at all these obnoxious men,' he continues.

'I will punish all of you for it,' he threatens, giving the camera a sinister laugh.

Elliot stabbed his three room mates to death on Friday, before driving away in his black BMW and shooting three further students. He then shot and killed himself in his car.

The 22-year-old added that he would also have to kill his infant brother, because he already felt the boy would be more popular with girls than him.

Continuing with his plan, Elliot says: 'On the day of retribution I am going to enter the hottest sorority house…and I will slaughter every single spoiled, stuck-up, blonde slut I see inside there.'

'All those girls that I have desired so much, they would've all rejected me and looked down upon me as an inferior man if I ever made a sexual advance towards them.'

'If I can't have you, girls, I will destroy you,' he says.

Elliot's parents Lichin and Peter Rodger have described their utter devastation at their son's actions, adding that they raced to stop him when they were sent a 141-page manifesto about what he planned to do. Sadly, the parents were too late, and heard about the shootings in Santa Barbara whilst they were driving to their son.
