Leandro Acosta and Karen Klein, who were step-siblings, killed parents Ricardo Klein, 54, and Miryam Kowalczuk, 52 - dismembering and incinerating them.

Shockingly, Acosta even practiced necrophilia on Klein, before eating some of his body.

According to the 25-year-old’s lawyer, his client killed the couple because they were abusing their 11-year-old twin brother and sister.

Monica Chirivin, Leandro’s lawyer, said that the killings were carried out so that his younger relatives ‘would not suffer.’

Leandro and Karen, who despite being step siblings were also lovers, were only caught when police found a pelvic bone in a bucket near their home in Argentina.

After shooting dead the couple, the bodies were cut up and burned, with other parts of them being fed to the family’s six dogs.

His defence lawyer said: 'He does not feel remorse and in fact describes a state of relief for a burden he has felt from childhood.’

'He told me that he ate a bit of the corpse. For him it was almost a pleasure.'
