Gregory Charles Cox, founder of the Quintessential Finance Group, has been accused of forcing a 21-year-old woman to perform oral sex on him on Bondi Beach.

"Make it worth my while. There's nothing you can do about it"

And, when she threatened to go to the police, he allegedly told her "there was nothing she could do" because he had "a lot of money".

According to Ninemsn, Crown Prosecutor Elizabeth Wilkins SC told the jury that he woman had kissed and exchanged numbers with Cox's friend Christopher Galea, before leaving to walk along the beach with Cox.

That is when the woman remembers suddenly "being on her knees, trying to stand up but not being able to".

"She recalls being held down, she recalls crying and being terrified."

The crown alleges Cox then forced her to perform oral sex on him twice.

"Make it worth my while. There's nothing you can do about it," he had allegedly said to her.

"You can tell the police, you can tell whoever you like but this will never go anywhere – I’ve got a lot of money."

Afterwards she cried and hit Cox on the thighs as she told him: "Please stop, please stop – I don’t want this."

The woman's cries for help were heard by a young couple, who took her to Bondi Police Station, where officers described her as being "distressed, shivering and crying".

She reportedly said to police that "he told me over and over again that he had a lot of money".

"She recalls being held down, she recalls crying and being terrified"

Meanwhile Cox's lawyer, Graeme Turnbull, told the Sydney court that the woman’s conduct "was entirely consistent with a willing participant".

Apparently, after the woman "freaked out" and left her belongings on the beach, Cox handed them in to a city centre police station, where he gave his own details.

"If he is a rapist, is that consistent?" asked Turnbull of the jury.

Greg Cox has pleaded not guilty to two charges of sexual intercourse without consent. The trial continues.
