The British holidaymaker caused panic at 35,000ft when he cracked a window after punching it during a row with his fiancée.
Nick Whittaker, 43, reportedly lost control when he began arguing with partner, Clare Houston.
The father-of-two swung a pair of headphones in her face before cabin crew on board, the Thompson Dreamliner returning from Florida, asked him to calm down.

Whittaker, a former bus driver, told the staff to ‘f*** off’ and then punched a window, shouting: “I’m not a f****** terrorist.”
The crack appeared on the glass of an interior window when passengers scrambled to their feet in fear. In turn the pilot then considered diverting the plane to another airport.
He radioed ahead to police in Manchester where the Boeing 787 landed safely.
Whittaker was arrested upon touchdown and pleaded ‘guilty to recklessly acting in a manner likely to endanger an aircraft’ respectively.
He was bailed at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court for sentencing next year.
