Bradley Lowery's family have said that the six-year-old is drifting in and out of consciousness
The whole country has been swept up by the tragic story of Bradley Lowery.
But despite the generosity and support that the Lowery family have received from all corners of the country, Bradley's condition has worsened and he "doesn't have long left".
In their most recent update, they revealed that brave little Bradley is devastatingly drifting in and out of consciousness, fighting off the cancer even in these late stages.

The update, posted by family friend Lynn on behalf of the family, read: "Bradley is still fighting to stay with us.
"Nobody knows where he is getting the strength from or how he is doing it. He has been very close to going with the angels but he pulls himself out of it.
"It is a hard time for us waiting and watching for our baby to take his last breath he started with fighting and he is ending with fighting."

This comes after Bradley's friend, international footballer Jermaine Defoe, visited the family the other day to "say goodbye" to the little lad.
Jermaine, who has grown incredibly close to the family over the past year, paid a special visit to Bradley to see him.
Bradley's family wrote on Facebook: "Late last night his best friend Jermaine came to visit him and it was so heart-warming seeing how Bradley reacted.
"He was so happy and laid for ages getting cuddles. Bradley was really relaxed with him."
