Travelling on the District Line, a traveller discovered a tiny four-week old kitten in a box, covered in a sticky substance, on Monday.

The kitten was then handed into tfl staff, who were quick to call animal charity Blue Cross, who have been looking after her since.

Staff at the charity have named the lucky kitten Victoria, after the station she was found in.
