'DO NOT KILL THIS SPIDER!' the worker wrote on a post-it.
'His name is Fred and he eats the Gnats in the office. He's a pretty chill guy.'

According to the author of the note, he was asked to kill the arachnid when he came into the office that morning, but just couldn't bring himself to do so.
Fred may look small, but he is important. OK? Long live Fred the spider.
