The 15-year-old earns a reported $480,000 [£310,000] a year from the childcare agency she set up.

Noa employs 25 full-time nannies and 50 baby sitters in and around her native New York.

Speaking to the New York Post, Noa said: “For what you’re paying, your kids should be more stimulated.

“At seven, I would tell my mom, ‘You need to get more for your buck.’ It would drive me insane!”

When she entered high school, Noa hired a CEO for her company, Nannies by Noa, and Allison Johnson, 26, admitted she struggled to cope with having a 15-year-old boss at first.

Allison said: “It was a little bit of a challenge at first. She was 14! [But] I’m a feminist, and I really support women who do things for themselves and get their visions out there.

“We’re in touch every day – phone and email. She’ll get back to me during study hall. She can’t shut off.”

Noa’s mother insisted she’s always been ambitious. “Noa is a natural-born serial entrepreneur – from six or seven, she was always trying to start these mini-companies.

“She’d reach out to my friend and ask to be a consultant for birthday parties. There are kids whose lives are absorbed by tennis or acting – but this is her baby, her startup.

“It’s not a hobby for her, this isn’t a lemonade stand.”
