When Krystina Butel as 15-years-old, she impulsively decided to have a caricature done on holiday.

But, when she saw the cartoon version of herself, the teen decided that she had to do whatever it took to look the same.

Krystina told News Dog Media: “When I saw the caricature for the first time on holiday, I was jealous of it. She was so glamorous. She was everything that I wanted to be.

“It was like she was holding the carrot out to me, showing me what I could be.

“Over the years, I’ve spent more and more on beauty treatments and surgery so I can look just like her.”

Now 30 years old, Krystina has spent £100,000 on plastic surgery in a bid to transform herself into the cartoon she bought for a tenner in Ibiza.

This has included five boob jobs, lip injections, botox, teeth whitenin, semi-permanent make-up, and heart shaped nipples.

But, despite having spent a fortune already, the salon owner isn't planning to stop anytime soon.

She is now planning an eyebrow lift, butt implants, botox, lip implants and further boob augmentation surgery.

Krystina said: “The girl in the caricature is like who I am now. She’s confident and happy. She doesn’t care about what other people think and she doesn’t need to go with the crowd.

“Just like her, I’m different to the rest and I don’t need anyone’s approval.”
