The clip, posted on YouTube, shows 28-year-old Valeria Lukyanova working out outdoors in the sun - but the video, presumably meant to be an inspiring fitness one, has again only served to show just how worryingly thin the real life Barbie truly is.
The Ukrainian-born blonde, who is has been dubbed by many as the 'Human Barbie', has posted a four minute compilation video to her personal YouTube account, showing off her daily runs on the beach (and pouting all the while).
But, as she stops to pose for a selfie, she turns to the side, revealing her terrifyingly skinny waist - which is presumably a result of her converting to "breatharianism" (she no longer eats or drinks, instead living off "cosmic micro food" in the light and air around her).
The model said: "In recent weeks I have not been hungry at all; I'm hoping it's the final stage before I can subsist on air and light alone."
Unsurprisingly, the extremely dangerous practise has been criticised for being potentially lethal - and several practitioners of "Breatharianism" have reportedly died of starvation.
While we would like to believe that many people would realise that Breatharianism is extremely dangerous, Valeria is followed by over 32,000 people on Facebook.
We truly hope that her fans realise how harmful and damaging it would be to starve their bodies of nourishment in a bid to achieve Valeria's ridiculous measurements - it is, essentially, an eating disorder.
