Star of the video is disabled Nick Santonastasso, who has extremely rare birth defect Hanhart syndrome, where sufferers are born with missing limbs.
Inspirational Nick - who spent five hours in makeup to craft his bloodied gut-spilling appearance - was born 100% healthy but has no legs and just one arm.
He said: "There have only been 12 cases in the world where people have had Hanhart syndrome - and eight of them are dead so I'm pretty blessed to be here."
In a motivational video to his YouTube followers he said: "Every single one of you have potential - do not think you're nothing or worthless, I've been through the worst of the worst and the best of the best."
"Know you're not useless, every single one of you have the potential to do great things, put your mind to it and stick with it - and you will do it, trust me."
