Image-conscious Giuliana Zanotto splashed out £23k on Botox, fillers and a boob job to give herself a 'porn star' look in the hope it would attract plenty of male attention.

But now size 8 Giuliana- who went from a 38C bust to an F-cup- is still single and has discovered men are intimidated by her over-the-top new image.

The trainee gym instructor, 28, says: "I love the porn star look and enjoy wearing skimpy dresses to show off my figure. I go for bad boys and i thought they'd find my image attractive. But either I go on dates and it never leads anywhere, or men assume I'm high maintenance."
