When Kayla was still in primary school, she decided that she would do anything necessary to make sure that she and her beloved mum, Georgina, could look more like their idol Katie Price.
And, in the last three years, Kayla, 20, has forked out a whopping £56,000 on plastic surgery for her and her mum.
It’s not just the boob job, taking Kayla from a 32C to a 32G, either.
It’s also all about the duo’s lip injections, Botox, cheek fillers, semi-permanent make-up, teeth whitening, and hair extensions.
Kayla and Georgina also use sun beds up to FIVE TIMES per week – a tanning addiction which costs them £5,000-a-year.
So how do they pay for it all?
Well, controversially, Kayla has been paying for their cosmetic treatments since she was 17-years-old - with a little help from her sugardaddies and stripping work.
Mum Georgina, 38, told News Dog Media: “When Kayla told me that she wanted a boob job and plastic surgery, I was glad because I wanted her to be that kind of person.
“I’m so lucky to have a daughter like Kayla who pays for my treatments.
“I don’t mind her having a sugar daddy or stripping to pay for our cosmetic work because we’re living the dream. I’m really proud of her.”
Despite having blown a fortune already, the double-act plan on having two more boobs jobs later this year, butt implants, a nose job, further lip injections, veneers and a designer vagina for mum Georgina.
Kayla says: “My mum is my best friend. I love treating her to plastic surgery and getting closer to our dream of looking more like Katie Price. I love the way we look now.
“When we walk down down the street, everyone looks at us and comments on our huge lips but they’re not big enough for us.
“Plastic surgery is a way of bonding for us as mum and daughter. We want to have bigger boobs, bigger bums and look even more like Barbies.”
Kayla and Georgina admit that they’ve received criticism – and even hate-mail – because of their looks.
Georgina said: “I received one letter of hate-mail from women who live locally.
“In the letter they said everyone laughs at me because I ‘dress like a tramp and have duck lips’. But I love the way I look now.”
Kayla added: “Sometimes men stick their lips out mockingly when they walk past us.
“But it doesn’t bother us because we know our lips are big and that’s the way we’ve always wanted them.
“A few people have told us we should be worried about what consequences plastic surgery and sunbeds could have on our health.
“But I’ve never had any complications besides my lip fillers building up. And you’re more likely to get cancer from smoking than sun beds anyway.”
Kayla has also revealed that she will pay for her little sister to have a boob job too, if that’s what she wants.
She said: “I love treating my mum so if my sister asked for a boob job, I would pay for it.
“My sister has mentioned getting a boob job once. I’d rather she get plastic surgery than go clubbing and drinking.”
