And, as the duo strip off for a Closer photo shoot, they reveal they’ve splurged another £4,000 on eyebrow tattoos, lip fillers and hair extensions.
Despite debuting a more stripped down look, the surgery addicts are adamant they prefer looking fake and plan to keep going under the knife.
Shockingly, Georgina, 38, approves of her 20-year-old daguther funding their surgery addiction through stripping, adult webcamming and payments from sugar daddies.
Over the past three years, Kayla has spent £60,000 on 30 operations for her and her mum.
Kayla and Georgina, who live in Rugby, also use sunbeds up to five times a week.
Posing in the nude, Georgina says: “People find us controversial and say nasty stuff about us, but we don’t care what they think.
“They might be shocked that my daugther is funding our surgery through sugar daddies, but it’s none of their business.
"I make sure she’s safe and always know where she is. I’ve met her current sugar daddy and he’s a nice guy.
“Although I think we look nice on the shoot, we prefer the fake, heavy make-up look and Jordan is our idol.
"We still want bigger boobs, bums and lips, so Kayla’s branched out into adult webcam work to earn more money.”
