Talking to beauty-blogging duo Pixiwoo, 34-year-old Kim has hinted she has indeed got a bun in the oven.
As the makeup artists grilled Kim about her maternity wardrobe, she revealed: "I just wore my regular clothes. I would just buy a size up."
"I don't know if I would necessarily do that this time around.
"I would wear…" she trailed off, looking a little flustered.

In case you missed that, Kim just said 'THIS' time around. As in the present tense. As in she might be pregnant right this very second.
The video was released shortly after Kim stepped out onto the red carpet with husband Kanye West, showing off what seemed to be a teeny-weeny baby bump.
Kim even posted a photo of herself and her husband from the event to Instagram, captioning it 'Secrets'.

Does this all mean what we think it means?
If the baby rumours are true, Kim and Kanye will be overjoyed - after all, the reality star did reveal in September that she and her husband are trying to give North West a baby brother or sister soon.
“We’re trying,” Kim shared. “I guess, it’s all in God’s hands.”

It seems that, as far as Kim is concerned, being a mum is her number one priority — so she is really looking forward to expanding her responsibilities as a second-time mother.
“[Motherhood] has changed me so much. Just everything has been put into perspective and nothing really matters more than spending time with your family.”
We guess we'll have to wait and see if the couple release an official announcement anytime soon…
