When these hard-working parents hired a grandmother-of-two to care for their 11-month-old son while they were working night shifts, they had absolutely no idea what kind of monster they were letting into their home.
"Even in the dark, we saw her slapping my sons and hitting him on his head. It broke my heart"
However, after watching the footage filmed on their CCTV cameras via their mobile phones, the horrified parents soon discovered that the woman did not have their child's best interests at heart.
The images are grainy, but they clearly show the woman violently shaking the child, slapping him and throwing him down over and over again.
And, despite the fact the nanny had slyly turned off the lights before attacking the little boy, every single moment was picked up on camera.
The little boy's mother explained to Indian news site DNA: "We saw that the previous night, my son was being lifted like a toy and throw on bean bag over and over again."
