Written shortly after the grieving mother had suffered through a heartbreaking stillbirth, it read:

I know how many people talk to you, [and] I also know you may not read this message for a while… here's the thing.

On Friday I gave birth to my son. He was stillborn and it's broken me - I feel like I have no one to talk to.

The former reality star also took time to offer her support to the young woman, telling her to 'stay strong'.

A few months ago, she was forced to respond when Facebook trolls demanded she pay the NHS the money back for her gender reassignment surgery.

The former This Is Liverpool star wrote furiously: "I cant believe the mentality of some people saying I should pay the NHS back for my gender reassignment surgery.

"Erm, how about you pay the NHS back for having babies at their hands as well?

"I'm never going to have kids, so that can be my NHS gift or whatever you want to call it."
