Katie- who is mum to 17-month-old Belle- has suffered new complications from burns to her throat, and her difficulties swallowing mean she's unable to consume enough nutrients to conceive.

She said: "The doctor has given me vitamin shakes to replace proper food. But there aren't enough vitamins to make a baby... I'm thinking of adopting. There are lots of kids with burns and I'd like to give back a little."

"I've had amazing support, especially from my dad. Now I live a relatively normal life, no longer requiring medical treatment- but growing up with burns is difficult.
