Sushi, often touted as low-calorie option contains a lot of white rice and this can add up to as much as 170 calories with little protein. The silver lining is perhaps that Sushi would satisfy our dinner craving; where as a slice of pizza would of course need to be accompanied by chips and lots of coleslaw!
