An 18-year-old has gone viral on Twitter after adopting a 9-year-old dog who was being taken to a dog's home.
Whilst out walking her own dog, Brogan Fodszuk, from Ellistown, Leicestershire, came across a fellow dog walker and fell in love with her canine companion - named Dice.
The owner then told Brogan that she was on her way to take Dice to a local Dog's Trust because his owners were moving and couldn't take him with them.
The kind-hearted stranger adopted Dice there and then and took him back home with her.
Brogan said to Metro: "We fell in love with him and would have felt guilty to send him to Dogs Trust. He's so chilled and so just went straight to the lounge and lay down when we got home."
And it seems that Dice has settled right into his new home, as Brogan took him out in the snow this morning with her other dog.
What a beautiful story!
