Man and Woman drinking

We've heard of many crazy nights out (we've even had a few).

There was that teenager who went on a night out in Manchester and then woke up in Paris, that hilarious video of a man's drunken girlfriend that went viral and that drunk man who woke up with a note from his 'guardian angel'.

But university student Abby Fent's story is definitely one of the craziest night-out stories we've heard. The 18-year-old went on a night out and a guy named Liam bought her a vodka and coke... So far, so tame.

Until two weeks later he sent her a text asking her if she could reimburse him the £6.50 he had spent on her drink. She took to Twitter to upload the conversation, along with the caption: "So this just happened."

In the text he had written: "Hi hope you don't mind love but can you transfer me back £6.50."

Abby then replied: "Who's this hahahah."

He then cheekily wrote back: "Liam from the viper rooms a few weeks ago. I bought yer a drink? Can I have money back for it.

Will give you sort code and account number. Thanks."

The tweet has been retweeted over 16,000 times and has been liked over 40,000 times.

What's worse, Abby has revealed that after swapping numbers, he hadnt't even texted her back the following day.

She also said: "It's not usually that expensive either as when I get a vodka coke from Viper Rooms it costs about £3, or £3,50.

"I probably paid for both our drink so it's a nice dent out of my student loan before I start uni!"

Abby did a poll on her Twitter account asking whether she should have paid Liam back, 83% of the 18,000 people voted no however 17% of the voters agreed that Abby should have paid Liam back.
