Neil Dalton and Aidan Brunger lost their lives on the Malaysian island following a row with locals at a bar.

The boys were based at Newcastle University and were on a six week placement at the time of their deaths.

The 22-year-olds were drinking in Kuching, Sarawak, and had gotten into an argument with local men while in a pub as they were being too noisy.

Reportedly after they left the establishment, the locals pursued them in a car and one got out and attacked the two men. Four suspects have now been arrested.
