The video shows a very young child smoking on the street as passers by look on with laughter.
Shockingly, not one person takes the cigarette from the child as onlookers watch as though entertained.
Out of a population of nearly one billion, 30 per cent of China’s citizens smoke. According to recent statistics there are over 300 million smokers in China.
It is not known who the child’s parents are of they are aware of the child’s smoking habit.
