The photograph, taken outside El Divino nightclub in Belfast, Ireland, features two young girls sitting astride two men.
The scantily-dressed couples appear to be having sex in the shot, although one girl is seemingly looking down at her own phone.
Hours after the image was posted to Twitter, the picture went viral, with hundreds taking to social media to express their disgust.

Michael McMahon, who users the Twitter handle, @MichaelMcMufin, tweeted the image, which was captioned: "People have no shame, outside El Divino. This is traumatic."
He added: "First the slane girl, now these dirty f****** in Belfast #dignityatzero".
Another user added: "WTF is wrong with the young ones did they not learn after magaluf girl n slanegirl now another pic pops up :("**

The photograph comes after a vide, which featured a Northern Irish girl performing sex acts on 24 men during a pub crawl in Magaluf, leaked and went viral.
There was outrage after the sex clip emerged, with the local mayor vowing to come down hard on bars who encourage 'mamading' - competitions which see people perform as many blow jobs as possible.

However, the Police Service of Northern Ireland said they are not currently investigating the new lewd acts.
A PSNI spokesman told us: “We haven’t received any reports and aren’t investigating at this time.”
