In the clip, both children are shirtless and throwing punches at each other’s heads.
Horrifically, one of the boys pushes the other to the ground where he appears to hit his head on a nearby car.
Thankfully he appears to be uninjured, but adults nearby attend the scene not to break up the fight, but to encourage it and laugh at the children.

In another clip, one of the boys is running away whilst the other one chases him. His parents appear to do no more than laugh at what must be a terrifying ordeal for the young children.
