Police have released a screen shot of the man’s face, who was seen on a train travelling to Clacton from Liverpool Street at 9.38PM on November 14.

It was on this journey that a 33-year-old woman was joined by an individual in her carriage, and after a while fell asleep.

When she awoke, she made the horrifying discovery that a man was touching her inappropriately.

Detective Constable Alan Reed from the British Transport Police confirmed the news: ‘A 33-year-old woman was approached by a man on the platform at Liverpool Street, as she prepared to board her train.’

‘The man subsequently joined her on the service.’

Apparently the man got off the train at Witham, and police are now seeking his help with the investigation into what happened on board the service.
