The video shows 18-year-old Andrew Wheeler slapping and punching the 16-year-old as he cries out in fear.
According to reports, the boy with learning difficulties was invited to a house party at a fellow classmate’s home in Florida.

The boy reportedly got drunk and passed out in the girl’s home, so she asked Wheeler to move him outside and help him leave.
The video shows Wheeler kicking the teen, punching him and dragging him by his hair.

According to guests at the party, Wheeler also held a knife to his throat.
The boy, obviously distressed, can be heard crying during the attack.

Furthermore, it was later alleged that a parent was present at the party and that they were supplying alcohol to the teenagers.
Police investigated the incident after they found the autistic teen lying on the road outside the house.
Wheeler has now reportedly been charged with child abuse.
