Laura Trott became the first female British athlete to win four gold medals last night, and will inspire a nation of sportswomen for years to come.
And her fiancé Jason Kenny won his sixth gold medal to cap off a record-breaking night for team GB’s wonder couple.
So what’s next for the brilliant pair?
Taking to Twitter in celebration of their achievements, Laura hinted she might swap the velodrome for a nursery!
She tweeted: "Arghhhh!!!!!! I love him to bits @JasonKenny107 !! Our kids have to get some of these genes right?!"
Fans were quick to pick up the thread, with one joking: "Olympic Velodrome, 2040. The daughter of Laura Trott and Jason Kenny becomes the first person to cycle through the sound barrier."
The 24-year-old superstar was in tears as her gorgeous man won the Keirin just moments after her final victory.
The loved-up couple were snapped kissing and cuddling throughout the night as they couldn’t contain their excitement.
It’s not unusual for elite athletes to take a break after smashing world records or personal bests, and after tying the knot next month, we hope they enjoy some private time to discuss those all-important family plans.
Jason said recently: “The best thing about [Rio] is that we get to come away together and race together. Not many couples in the Olympic village can enjoy their success together.
"So that's really special and I feel really lucky about that."
Early starts and gruelling hours on the road is the perfect preparation for parenthood, so we expect Laura and Kenny will be incredible parents!
