Laura Cole, from Epsom, Surrey has tricked her eight-year-old Tyler and four-year-old Freya into thinking they’re on Santa’s naughty list.

Laura, who also has a younger child, recorded the moment Tyler read the letter from ‘Santa’ which told them they had 13 sleeps to get back into his good books.
“From the moment they wake up, to the moment they go to sleep they’re fighting with each other, arguing and annoying one another,” Laura told the Daily Mail.

“I wrote the letter and put it in the stocking that is hanging on the chimney, Freya was so excited when she found it and came running in at quarter to six saying 'mummy, mummy, a letter from Santa'.
She added: “One day on and their behaviour has been amazing - completely different to before they received the letter.”
