Far from being a prank, the 50-year-old victim had been stabbed during a fight with two men at around 10am on Tuesday.
With his white polo shirt showing a clear blood stain around the wound, the man walked into the fast food chain in Jamaica, whilst chatting on his mobile phone.
Witness Tromaine Yancey said that everyone was screaming as the wounded man entered the restaurant.
'The guy came and he was standing there with a knife in his back and it was a kitchen knife.'

Some onlookers went to the victim's aid, making sure he didn't fall onto his back until emergency services arrived, whilst others looked on in shock.
Yancey added that the man was talking to a loved one on the phone 'telling them it might be the last time he's speaking to them.'
The man is now in a serious but stable condition in Jamaica Hospital, with police hunting for two men who were seen arguing with the victim on the morning of the attack.
