The game, which involves downing a bizarre and often disgusting pint, before nominating a friend to do the same and posting a video of the whole thing on social media, saw one man attempt to swallow live fish.
20 year-old Jack Blowers downed a glass containing fish food, gravel and two live goldfish. But the RSPCA did not respond well to Jack's film and he was taken to court.

Jack was issued with a £200 fine for treating the animals cruelly, an animal ban and an order to pay £600 for the court costs.
Jack confessed that he failed to protect the fish from suffering. "It was a stupid prank which has cost me a lot of money" he said.
RSPCA inspector, Ben Kirby said "It is simply not acceptable to treat an animal in this callous way, purely for amusement as part of a flippant bet, with no regard whatsoever for their wellbeing".
Jack's friend and the prank's cameraman was issued a caution.
After the nomination was filmed, Blowers unsurprisingly felt sick and, off-camera, actually threw the fish up. The goldfish have now found a new home, living with Jack's nan.

Don't worry Jack, there's plenty more fish in the sea, you just aren't allowed to keep any of them.
Do you think the RSPCA were right to protect the goldfish? Let us know your opinions.
