Little Michael Brown has got the best Christmas present ever - a new family.
The three-year-old was placed in foster care last year with Tara Montgomery in Phoenix, Arizona.
He arrived on February 14 2015 when he was 18 months old, joining Tara and her two daughters Dae and Jordae Brown.
They were his third foster home, and Michael spent a total of 832 days in foster care in total.
The fact that Michael has the same surname as Tara's daughters is coincidental, but Tara told ABC News that it helped them feel like he was "part of our family right from the start."
"His original case plan was reunification with his 'bio-mom'," she said. "When that plan failed, a new plan was set. As a single parent, I was not looking to adopt, just to help kids during transition."
But for Tara, there was no question of letting Michael go.
"After his mom's rights were severed, I knew he was going to be ours forever," she said. "He is the most loving, smart, funny and happy kiddo."
And Michael's clearly delighted with his new family, too. "He wakes in the morning and says, 'Mom, I so happy'," Tara continued.
His new sisters posted photos of him adorably punching the air after his adoption was finalised, and the tweet has been retweeted almost 55,000 times.
In her tweet, which features a video of Michael smiling and running around, Jordae simply wrote: "Officially adopted. We love you Michael."
We're so pleased that Michael has found a loving home in time for Christmas.
