These are the 48 questions Kate McCann REFUSED to answer

In 2007, three-year-old Madeleine McCann went missing in a Portugal resort whilst on a family holiday. She's been missing for over a decade and no one still seems to have an answer to what happened to the blonde toddler with a distinctive fleck on one of her eyes.

Parents Kate and Gerry McCann are still campaigning to find their daughter, vowing to 'never give up hope'.

However unseen police files shows us insight into the 11 hour interrogation on Kate McCann all those years ago, when she was named a 'arguido' (which is a suspect).

In more Madeleine McCann news, the eight part documentary called The Disappearance of Madeleine McCann aired on Netflix recently. However Kate and Gerry McCann spoke out in a statement and revealed the reason they've not taken part in it.

Their spokesperson Clarence Mitchell said: "“The production company told us that they were making the documentary and asked us to participate. But they want nothing to do with it.

"We did not see and still do not see how this programme will help the search for Madeleine and, particularly given there is an active police investigation, could potentially hinder it.

"Consequently, our views and preferences are not reflected in the programme. We will not be making any further statements or giving interviews regarding this programme."
