The girl- who can’t be identified- had reportedly promised to wait until Jeremy was released from prison.
The 31-year-old is currently serving a 5 ½ year sentence and the pair had been attempting to continue the relationship, despite social workers banning contact between the two until the girl is 18.
Jeremy’s affair with the then 15-year-old student was exposed when the pair attempted to flee the country and were found living in a hostel in France.
Prison officers tried to deter the couple by moving Jeremy to a prison 120 miles away.
Jeremy reportedly claimed that attempts to stop contact went against his 'human rights.'

It seems that the schoolgirl has moved on from her affair with Jeremy and her parents reportedly are happy with her new relationship.
The girl’s mother was quoted by The Mirror as saying: ‘He is really nice and we have welcomed him into our family and I am very happy for my daughter.’
