Valeria Lukyanova, aka the Human Barbie, was released yesterday after suffering through a terrifying ordeal on Halloween night. Reportedly, two men assaulted her as she was returning to her home in Odessa, Ukraine, punching her in the head and jaw before trying to strangle her.

"I came back home from a shop with bags and entered the door code when two men rushed from the dark and attacked me" she stated.
"They said nothing and did not try to rob me. It happened in a flash, they hit me on the head, several times on my jaw, then one of them began strangling me."
"If it wasn't for my neighbour who suddenly appeared, I don't know what would have happened. They saw her and ran away."
Pictures have been released online in which she appears with a bandaged head and swollen lips.

"I feel a little better, but my jaw is still hurting badly," she admitted.
Lukyanova also said that she has "been on the strongest pain killer for four days, but still woke in the middle of the night from horrible pains."
It seems that this latest violation brings to a head what has turned out to be a two year onslaught of abuse and threats, with strangers calling her phone with menacing intent.
There has been some speculation that the story is simple a cover to hide the fact that she has undergone new plastic surgery proceedures.
Valeria has always maintained that the only change she has undergone is a boob job, claiming that "all (the rest of her) genetics came to me from nature".
Whatever the truth may be, we wish her a speedy recovery.
