Holly Willoughby has posted a sweet tribute to the emergency services following the Manchester attack

The world is currently in mourning following a horrific terrorist attack in Manchester that has left 22 people dead and 59 injured.

Last night [May 22] at around 10:30pm a bomb went off at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester. Since the horrific news broke, many celebrities have been paying a tribute to everyone affected with James Corden sharing an emotional message from America.

Due to the shocking news, This Morning and Loose Women were cancelled on ITV but Holly Willoughby has posted a sweet tribute to the emergency services on social media.

The TV presenter shared a heart-warming photo of a police woman cuddling someone who was near the incident and wrote alongside the photo: "We have such hero's working in our emergency services... Thank you for all you have done and will continue to do... x"

Many of her followers have also thanked the incredible British emergency services who have helped the people affected. One person wrote: "They are phenomenal."

Someone else commented: "God bless them all xxx"

Another said: "A photo can say a million words & this one ... wow"

A fourth person added: "As always, such professionalism and compassion shown by our wonderful emergency services."
