The husband and wife, who starred on TV show ‘Ghost Adventures,’ seem to have been involved in a shooting earlier in the day, where a man was shot and killed at the place where Debby was staying.

Mark and Debby were in the throes of divorce proceedings before their deaths, with Debby taking out a restraining order against her husband just last week.

Now, in a tragic turn of events, three people have been left dead, including the estranged pair.

As SWAT teams closed in on Mark and Debby at their daughter’s apartment, it appears the couple were killed by someone other than authorities.

And although it has not been confirmed who this is, statements from police paint a pretty dark picture.

‘The subjects involved in this incident were not shot at or injured by gunfire from any law enforcement personnel’ police lieutenant Rocky Triplett told The Associated Press.

As police approached the apartment door where Debby and Mark were, a man shouted: ‘Give me 15 minutes to gather my thoughts or I’ll kill her.’

They were then found dead inside the apartment.

Debby had only recently been involved in a kidnapping and domestic incident involving her husband.
