Sources close to the family have revealed Fifi, 31, decided it would not feel right to have her sisters walk her down the aisle without Peaches, who died in April this year.

A friend told The Sun: “She thinks it would seem very odd to have the other two girls without Peaches by her side too.”

Fifi will allegedly have six of her friends as bridesmaids instead when she marries Andrew Robertson, 33, next year.

She recently confirmed that she would be wearing a wedding dress made by her godfather Jasper Conran, who also designed her mother Paula Yates’ dress.

News of Fifi and Andrew’s engagement came in May this year, the month after Peaches’ died of a suspected heroin overdose, and only a week after their father announced his own wedding plans.

Bob Geldof revealed plans to marry his long-term girlfriend Jeanne Marine, and said at the time he hoped it would help them to ‘move forward’ from Peaches’ death.

He said: “I don’t mean move on, as I say, time doesn’t heal, it accommodates, it finds an available space in your brain and you can stick that part in there and it allows you to see things in context.

“And I don’t want to rush it or anything and I was going to do it anyway and I thought no, we need to let some air into the room, we need to let some ight into that air.”
