Just hours after the inquest into Peaches Geldof's tragic death, controversial social commentator Katie tweeted: “Peaches' fatal syringe was in a box by the bed - along with some sweets. She was taking care of her baby son after all."

She then tweeted: “Let's turn the tables. It was me that took an overdose whilst caring for my 11 month old. Would I be a fallen angel too?”
Reacting to the backlash against her late sister, Fifi Geldof, 31, posted a snap on her Instagram page reading: “Don’t keep calm and f*** this. F*** that. F*** you. F*** off.”
Underneath the picture she added the caption: “Sums it up nicely about how I’m feeling about the viciousness today... Maybe now she’ll be allowed to RIP.”

The message prompted one site user to write: “Think people are more annoyed at how she portrayed her life for her kids but was selfish to use drugs in front of them.
“Selfish and sad. Poor boys.”
But angry Fifi quickly hit back: “You’ve no idea what you’re talking about quite frankly. Yet another who has bought into the bulls**t.
“I’d appreciate you getting the f*** off my page with stuff like that on today of all days.”
However, not everyone was so cruel; after an outpouring of sympathetic messages, Fifi added: “Thanks for your beautiful words of love and support for myself and Peaches. I appreciate it more than ever today.”

Earlier this week, North West Kent Coroner’s Court heard that Peaches died with 3mg of diamorphine heroin per litre of blood in her system.
Coroner Roger Hatch ruled that Peaches’ death was “drug-related” after post-mortem results revealed the drug in her system and needle marks on her elbow and thighs.
