Peaches, 25, was found dead seven weeks ago but today it was alleged that a syringe was found in a drawer at the time and moved from the scene.
A source told The Sun: "The needle is believed to have been moved from the bed where her body was found and put in a drawer.
"This was not a cover-up. It was apparently done because it was such a harrowing thing to see and there were young children in the house."
At the time of Peaches death, it was claimed that no drug paraphernalia was found. An inquest into her death heard that heroin was the ‘most likely’ cause.
Meanwhile Andrew, 31, has spoken out about his plans for a new political party and how some drugs should be legalised.
Talking of his planned Beach Party, Andrew said: "We need a new referendum on legalising drugs. Your GP should have the power to prescribe you and drug you need, including cannabis and mushrooms for free.
“Education should be free for everybody. For every possible job or career, at any age, regardless of sex, age, religion or species.
"The present legislation does not represent modern Britain. My Beach Party is throwing its hat into the political ring with forward-thinking ideas that aim to change life for the better.”
