Harry's morning sickness is so bad, he's had to take time off work. He told The Sun: "[It's] prevented me from going to work. I can imagine how the Duchess feels about missing her royal duties."

It's not only morning sickness though: Harry is battling weight gain, cravings and back pain – and has even grown man boobs.

He continued: "I hated [the feelings] at first but now I think every man should go through it because it helps you understand what your missus is facing.

"Charlotte and I are on the same wavelength. We have the same issues with weight gain and after she rubs oil to stop stretch marks on her belly she does the same for me.

"She doesn't even have to tell me what to buy for dinner because we crave the same foods – things we never ate before but now we can't get enough of, like Chinese meals and orange Lucozade."

And Harry insists he doesn't care about the weight gain, the cravings or the morning sickness – he's just grateful to be sharing the experience with Charlotte.

Charlotte admitted she's glad Harry knows what she's going through, but it means she has to look after him as well as herself.

She said: "I do get a bit tired of having to look after Harry when he should be looking after me. It proves women are tougher than blokes when it comes to pregnancy."

One thing Harry isn't looking forward to is the labour pains some men experience when they have Couvade syndrome.

But he added: "The main thing we are concerned about is that we have a happy, healthy baby girl."
