Soengsug Soelberg Miller, 47, was turned in to the police by his wife after she found pornographic images on his smart phone.

According to KHOU.com, Mrs Miller was stunned and sickened to discover the lewd images had been taken of a young relative.

And that the assault had taken place in her own bedroom.

She immediately turned the phone over to local police, who discovered an additional four pornographic videos when they conducted a search.

In the indecent footage, the young victim "appeared to either be drugged or asleep".

Miller has been charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child and possession and promotion of child pornography.**

His bail is set at $300,000.
