When it comes to band merchandise, sex toys aren’t usually the first thing you think off.
Band tees, posters, badges… But not sex toys, right?
Well legendary rockers Motörhead are planning on breaking the mould by launching their own line of adult accessories.
The rockers came up with the idea after being inspired by their own track ‘Vibrator’.
The range features four different shaped vibrators each with the band’s logo. The line has been named the ‘Official Pleasure Collection’.
Motörhead’s lead vocalist Lemmy told music bible NME: "One of the songs on our debut album was called ‘Vibrator’ so we had to have our own one day, right? Apparently, it was worth the wait!"
Co-founder of sex toy company Neal Slateford added that the range was specifically designed to capture the ‘rock’n’roll’ lifestyle.
He said: “We designed these classic vibes for both fans of Motörhead and rock lovers, as well as those who just want a cool-looking toy to add to their collection.
"The range captures the rock'n'roll lifestyle of the band perfectly, and offers a unique counterpoint to the traditionally pink and purple toys that currently dominate the market.”
