How to wear the new jogger bottoms trend

Jogging bottoms and track pants are no longer confined to the gym or reserved for lounging around the house. Fashionistas are liberating their tired old joggers and giving them a new lease of life.

The likes of Rihanna, Sarah Harding and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini have been spotted team theirs with heels and statement jewellery, taking them from couch to cool.

Wear with sliders or flat sandals for a more relaxed look or team with heels to achieve a more edgy style.

If you choose to wear heels, make sure plenty of ankle is visible by slightly rolling up the bottom of your joggers. This will help make your legs look longer and showcase your shoe- you don’t want baggy tracksuit bottoms dragging over the front of your shoe.

Team with a plain t-shirt or a shirt to make your outfit more formal.
