Put a ring on it like Rita Ora – our top jewellery picks

As well as working a beautifully embellished matching two piece at the pre Grammy’s Brunch over the weekend, Rita Ora adorned herself with layers of jewels too. From a mix of dainty studs in her ears, to a heap of delicate pendants and trinkets round her neck, the singer looked like she was wearing her whole jewellery collection and we liked it!

After seasons of chunky, statement maker jewellery pieces, this spring seems to have a much more understated, laid back feel which is more about showing some personality rather than just getting noticed. Take notes from Rita and try working some of your favourites together – although large Perspex pieces or anything too bright will look a little OTT. Remember to stick to smaller, metallic pieces and you’ll be all set for the new season. If you want the look, the easy way – there’s a whole host of multi pack sets out there on the high street right now too. Here are three of our faves;

Miss Selfridge £10

Recreate Rita’s look by working this three strand piece in with one or two of your current necklaces. Voila!

Freedom £10

Work one across each finger, or layer up a couple of these metallic rings across just two or three pinkies.

New Look £4.99

Mismatched studs are a pretty way of adding some personality to your look – this set is a bargain and filed with complimentary styles.
