Now Jett and Jax have gone on to formula milk and Caprice has returned to her former healthy eating plan and she’s working out regularly.She reveals: “I plan to step up my running and I’m watching what I eat. When I was pregnant I craved carbs- especially peanut butter and jam sandwiches. I put on 10lbs in just one week!
