Research finds that we get lost 24 times over the course of a year - with 55% of people turning to a device for help.

The study, commissioned by Ordnance Survey to celebrate National Map Reading Week, also found that 65% of people are not confident about reading a map.

Three quarters of people feel that they don't have a sense of direction, but almost one in four will NEVER ask for directions.

Sound familiar?

When it came to men vs. women, 60% of men said that their sense of direction was WAY stronger than their female other halves.

But sadly, only a third of women thought they might be better than their male partners.
