Nadia Essex announces birth of first child

Nadia Essex has announced the birth of her first child on by posting a gorgeous photo.

The former Celebs Go Dating star shared a photo of herself make-up free with her baby boy's hand and simply wrote, "He is here and he is perfect 💙".

Lots of her celebrity friends rushed to congratulate her on the wonderful news with CBB star Chloe Goodman writing, "Congratulations gorgeous 🤩💜".

Dancing on Ice's Perri Kiely said, "Congratulations!! 🙌".

Another one of her followers commented, "Congratulations enjoy every minute you will be a fantastic mummy x".

A fourth wrote, "Huge congratulations 😍 it’s a feeling like no other".

One more added, "Congratulations, welcome to the single mother club, we are the best of the best xxx".

Back in September, the mum-of-one exclusively announced her pregnancy with Closer and admitted her journey wasn't plain sailing.

“I’ve gone from a hellish year to being blessed with a baby," she told us.

"The odds weren’t in my favour, as for so long I thought I couldn’t have children – so this is the best thing that’s ever happened to me. It’s a miracle.

"I had tried for a baby ten years ago with a previous partner, with no success. I’d recently stopped taking the contraceptive pill, but I was using protection. My doctor told me there was less than one per cent chance of conception. Everyone’s shocked, but I wouldn’t change a thing."

Following her with-child announcement, she marked her 18-week pregnancy milestone with a gorgeous nude photo.

However, days later she claimed she was left homeless after being turned down for a flat because of her pregnancy.

Luckily, in November she found a flat and at the time she wrote on Instagram, "I’m sorry for being quiet the last few days.

"I finally found and moved into a new place 🎉🎉🎉 it’s a long process unpacking with pregnancy carpal tunnel syndrome as you can see but my candles, crystals and incense were first out the box. Finally I can start nesting!!!!"
